Does the FDA Have the Nutritional Supplement Industry Running Scared?

Be Careful what you say; Big Brother may be watching. That seems to be the cry of the fruit juice and alternative treatment purveyors these days. If they make a claim for their products they had better include a disclaimer to the effect that it doesn't really do what it does. Failing to do so can get them shut down.
